Job Type: Permanent Build a brilliant future with Hiscox The Role: This role is part of the European Change Team, mostly based in Lisbon, consisting of business analysts and project managers who work closely with the various European countries and functions in order to deliver a portfolio of strategic, operational and regulatory change and achieve tangible business benefits. The focus of this role is to oversee and coordinate our digital transformation across Europe, in close interaction with the Hiscox Group wide Customer Experience transformation. This role requires strong project management with different complexity levels combined with an ability to connect and work effectively with various stakeholders across Europe. The key projects of focus will be multi-year and multi-country in nature and range from intermediated and direct portals as well as partner integrations that lead to a seamless interaction between customers and Hiscox.
