Job Role/Summary: Responsible for employee training and development, employee relations activities such as service awards, employee communication programs, program activities and functions, state and federal regulatory compliance. Also, participates in the hiring process including interviewing, testing, and evaluating candidates; Conducts orientations of new employees; Assists where possible and requested within the other functional areas of the HR Department. This position reports directly to the Director of Human Resources. Job Responsibilities: Safety: Quality: - Responsible to follow all safety procedures and practices. - Ensures and maintains the quality guidelines, procedures, and standards are consistently followed throughout the manufacturing operation.
