Responsibilities: - Timely NCR Root Cause Verification with Corrective and Preventative Actions. - CAR Team Participation – For Process Related Root Cause Verification, Correction and Prevention. - Assist in ongoing training as it relates to CAR corrective and preventative actions, process enhancements, and system improvements. Perform new process development, including: - APQP Participation - Molding Process Setup (In Mold Rheology, 95% fill at transfer, etc.) - Completing MRR process for feedback to APQP Leader/Team. - Robot Programming and Modification - Cell setup (Tooling, Material Drying, Hot Runner, TCU, etc.) - New and Transfer Tools Sampling - Production Readiness Tasks (including Job Books and Tooling PM Files setup.) - Samples for Corporate Quality to Develop Inspection Instruct...
