Position Summary: Join our exciting & dedicated team at Vallen as a Tech Services Supervisor focused on Life Safety Services in our Vallen Safety Services group. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing daily activities and performance for a team of service technicians to ensure the quality of work provided to the customer meets and/or exceeds Vallen's contract and the customer's service level agreement. You will also ensure assigned team members are properly trained and are working in compliance with Vallen standard operating procedures, company policies, and customer specifications. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: - Performs staff supervisory duties for assigned team of Service Technicians; responsibilities include but are not limited to interviewing, selecting, hiring, coaching, training, counseling, delegating work assignments and disciplining associates while enforcing company policies, procedures, and productivity standards. - Acts as the liaison between Vallen Safety Services and the customer; interfaces and collaborates with the customer for coordination of work requests and desired job activities. - Reviews and approves all labor times reported b...
