Title: Overnight Shift Lead: Function: Production: Purpose/Summary: Contributes to company profitability and customer satisfaction by supporting warehouse overnight operations with goals of optimal production and high quality standards. Works alongside direct reports to ensure completion of daily warehouse or production duties. Takes direction from and works with warehouse management team to lead day-to-day operations in assigned area. Ensures all work is performed in a safe, secure, efficient and cost effective manner that complies with company policy, SOP’s, OSHA and other applicable regulations.
