POSITION SUMMARY: The Merch Lead is responsible for driving total store results as a member of the store leadership team with specific ownership for visual and merchandising. This role is responsible for the execution of merchandising and visual programs to include floor moves, floor sets and directing associates. This role reinforces AEO values and is focused on delivering a positive employee and customer experience.
