Epic Delivery Owner (EDO) — Project Manager & Business Data Analyst (AIR Tribe) Mission: Lead end‑to‑end Epic delivery while acting as a hands‑on Project Manager and Business Data Analyst for the Orchestration squad in the AIR (Analytical Insight & Reporting) Tribe. You’ll combine tight delivery management with data skills (SQL/DAX/Power BI/Python) to turn business needs into measurable product outcomes and help us transition from project management to product management. Acumen skills of Business Analyst on the Custody, Settlements, Treasury, Funds or Asset Management domains mandatory. Background on operations, product, IT Product management in Financial Services mandatory. What you’ll do: - Own Epic delivery: governance, scope/budget/risk, cross‑tribe coordination, dashboards/PSR, SDLC/IT controls. - Quarterly planning: prepare/execute QBR & QP; align capacity, funding, priorities with portfolio. - Business data analysis: capture requirements, map data flows, write SQL (mandatory), design DAX measures, build Power BI reports; automate checks with Python (medium proficiency). - Delivery reporting: maintain dashboards and predictability status (PSR); integrate with ServiceNow/Azur...
