The RWM infrastructure requires extensive upgrades to meet the future demand of the submarine programme, with a recent commitment to capex investment being secured. Main Purpose of Role: The Facility Upgrade Programme Manager role will be pivotal to the success of the RWM facility upgrade strategy. The overall aim of the role is to integrate the facility upgrade projects whilst maintaining operations and maintenance of the facility. You will oversee multiple workstreams managing schedules, risk and dependencies with stakeholder communication being central to success.
