Administrative Manager - McGovern Academy of Oslerian Medicine - ( 2602395 ) Description Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and three years of related experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience relevant to the role may be considered for this position. Preferred Qualifications: - Working knowledge of the UT System’s endowment compliance plan and systemwide standards and guidelines, as well as the UTMB Accounts Payables Guide, Travel Guide, eProcurement, including the Procurement Card Program. - Proficient in employee onboarding and separation, timekeeping, space management, inventory accounting, access management, ChartField Maintenance, as well as UTMB Plan, Human Capital Management (HCM), and Power BI platforms.
