For Dillard High School Students Only Program Background: Florida Blue established the Partners in Education for Business Success (PEBS) program in 1991 to offer junior and senior business-track high school students hands-on experience in a real business environment and increase their knowledge of health care. Through this program, Florida Blue seeks to develop highly skilled workers who can continue their involvement with Florida Blue after graduation. Required Work Experience: - 0-1 year of related work experience or equivalent combination of transferable experience and education. - Current High School Student. - Achieves acceptable 2.5 GPA. - No disciplinary issues. - Familiarity with general computer hardware and software.
