Position Summary: Perform routine and preventative maintenance at the University campus with a strong focus on HVAC systems. Address service requests from faculty, staff, and students, and complete assigned work orders from facilities supervisors. Responsibilities include inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and minor installations related to heating, cooling, and ventilation systems, ensuring reliable and safe operation across multiple campus buildings. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Service Calls & Emergency Response Provide responsive, customer-focused service. Prioritize and complete work orders efficiently. Assess issues and determine when escalation or specialized support is needed.
