This role is key to ensuring compliance, maintaining accurate records, and supporting both drivers and management in all aspects of transport activity. Your role will involve: - Plan, schedule, and maintain transport systems and operations. - Oversee full operational transport compliance, including defect reporting, gate checks, and ADR equipment checks. - Conduct daily documented driver debriefs. - Ensure driver cards and vehicle data are uploaded to the Trutac system in line with company policy. - Check and cross-reference driver timesheets with Trutac download information to ensure compliance. - Maintain accurate vehicle and driver files, update wall planners, and keep all online records up to date...
