Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 Annually DEQ The Assistant Kitchen Manager is responsible for assisting the kitchen manager in the daily operations of the kitchen. The major accountability of the Assistant Kitchen Manager is to provide the best service possible by preparing each and every product in compliance with company specifications to meet and exceed the expectations of our guests.
