Leasing Consultant (Part-Time only)

Description GSF Properties Inc. is looking for a Part-Time Leasing Consultant in Clovis, CA , come join our dynamic property management team! In this role, you will manage all day-to-day leasing and marketing activities, including apartment rentals, move-ins, and lease renewals. You will provide exceptional service to prospects, residents, and clients while supporting the community’s objective of maintaining budgeted occupancy at optimal rental rates. The position is scheduled for Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Working hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. during winter months and 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. during summer months. The role also requires Saturday hours from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., for a total of 28 hours per week. Compensation for this position is $18.00-19.00 per hour.
