A role you will love: The Managing Director is to be a trusted advisor to our issuer clients. They will deliver advisory services for a variety of corporate events, including proxy contests, M&A, corporate actions, shareholder engagement, shareholder meetings and special situations. This is a client-facing role and, as such, ideal candidates must be able to effectively engage with other corporate advisors, senior level executives (Board, CEO, CFO, GC, IR), institutional investors and others within the corporate governance industry.
