Responsibilities: - Assist with planning and delivery of consumer insolvency services - Assist with data analysis and the review of financial records - Assist with administering formal insolvency appointments including bankruptcies and proposals - Develop relationships with current and potential referral sources including credit counsellors, debt counsellors, lawyers, accountants, etc. - Prepare and review all relevant BIA documentation including Statements of Affairs, 170 Reports, Court Orders and Affidavits, Certificates of Discharge, Trustee’s Supplementary Reports to Court, Pre and Post Bankruptcy Tax Returns, Final Statements of Receipts and Disbursements, etc. - Identify innovative ways to...
