JOB SUMMARY: As a Banquet Manager at the JW Marriott Bucharest Grand Hotel, you are the operational lead for our city’s most prestigious event spaces. You will direct and inspire a high-performing team to deliver an elevated guest experience, ensuring that every gala, international conference, and social milestone is executed with signature JW Marriott precision. CANDIDATE PROFILE: Education and Experience: - High school diploma or GED; 5 year - experience in the event management, food and beverage, or related professional area. OR: - 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 3 year experience in the event management, food and beverage, sales and marketing, or related professional area.
