Job description

The Cage Cashier is responsible for safeguarding company assets while adhering to all company policies, departmental procedures, and applicable gaming regulations. This role requires a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining accuracy in all financial transactions. Provide courteous and efficient customer service in accordance with established standards. Accurately process customer transactions, including exchanging chips and cash equivalents for cash. Perform all cage functions with precision, including but not limited to: Establishing and verifying customer credit lines. Communicating credit information to appropriate personnel. Executing pit fills and credits seamlessly. Collaborate effectively with team members within the department and across other departments to ensure smooth operations. Maintain compliance with all internal controls and regulatory requirements.
