Job Summary: This Property Maintenance Technician (PMT) is accountable to perform a variety of duties associated with equipment maintenance and repair in order to facilitate continuous, safe operations. Equipment includes, but is not limited to fire suppression, HVAC, electrical, and elevators. The position will assure safety standards are used which comply with all company, local, City, State and Federal guidelines.
