Branch Quality Coordinator

Job description

The Branch Quality Coordinator will be based out of the office in Warsaw, IN and will report directly to the Branch Manager in Warsaw. The Branch Quality Coordinator provides business critical insight to Banner Industries by maintaining quality assurance standards and procedures are met throughout the Company. The Branch Quality Coordinator is responsible for reviewing Banner standards, policies and procedures and will evaluate the effectiveness of existing programs. A successful individual will be able to support the development and implementation of improved quality and reporting measures. Qualified applicants will demonstrate the ability to inspect products, processes, and metrics to find opportunities to improve quality. Compensation range: $21 - $24/hr + incentive eligible.
