SUMMARY: The Junior Interior Designer is part of a team delivering Space Layout & Interior design, Functional Space Planning and Furniture Procurement Support services. The Junior Interior design role supports senior resources in information gathering, space planning and design development activities for complex projects as well as working drawings for low complexity design projects. The Intermediate Interior Designer works with internal BGIS staff as well as client and external consultants, as required, to ensure timely, successful implementation of TFMS Services and client project work. KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Service Delivery - Functional Planning Services Service Delivery - Space Layout & Interior Design Services Service Delivery - Furniture Procurement Support - Supports the Sr Workplace Strategist and other studio members in information gathering and functional planning activities. - Develops stacking and blocking plans as well as detailed space requirements workbooks. - Supports the development of room data sheets for typical and special purpose spaces as required by the project, particularly drafting requirements and 3D modeling as required. - Supports the delivery o...
