What you will do: The Operations Coordinator owns the execution and operational consistency of programs hosted by eXp University and eXp Elevate Coaching, ensuring programs are launched, managed, and scaled effectively across a high-volume, virtual environment. This individual works closely with US-based staff and Virtual Assistants (VAs) to coordinate execution, maintain operational standards, and continuously improve processes for program setup, launch, and delivery.
