Position Scope Reporting the Chief People Officer, the Human Resources Director is responsible for leading the organization’s human resources strategy in alignment with business objectives. This role provides strategic and operational leadership across all HR functions, including talent management, employee relations, labour relations, compensation, payroll and total rewards.
