Support Worker Department: Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time Location: Ashridge: Compensation: £13.45 / hour: Description: Ashridge is located in a quiet street in Boston. It offers residential support for 18 adult males and females with a primary learning disability diagnosis. We provide residential support in a homely environment in the community, supporting our residents with a positive behaviour support (PBS) approach. We want to help each person we care for to learn the skills they need to live a healthier and happier life back in the community. This is a 36 hours per week role shifts are from 8am-8pm and this will including alternate weekends. What you'll be doing: We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team. In this rewarding role, you will provide the highest standard of person-centred support and care, enabling the people who use our service to live with dignity, independence, and choice.
