We are looking for a Receivables Management Specialist based in O’Fallon or Toronto. This will be a hybrid role. The Impact You Will Have: Primarily answer calls and emails daily from clients, brokers and other stakeholders to resolve issues and provide assistance. Directly support management with any escalations or urgent matters. Responsible for the ongoing analysis, collection, and resolution of open premium and deductible receivable balances. Activities include, but are not limited to, early stage collection activities, cancellation processes, discrepancy resolution, write-off recommendations, esheatment processes, training, relationship building, and adherence to local and global policies.
