Overview Stirling Dynamics is seeking a Marketing Manager (Maternity Cover) to join our Business Development & Marketing team on a fixed‑term contract. This role is responsible for delivering the marketing activities of our industry‑leading engineering business. You will work closely with senior technical specialists, the business, and sales teams to ensure the successful activation of strategic marketing initiatives. This role will be based in our Bristol office however as part of our commitment to flexible working, we also accept hybrid working. Occasional travel may be required to support industry events. The contract is expected to last for 12-18 months, this will allow the successful candidate to work alongside the existing Marketing Manager for a signficant handover before she goes on maternity leave. Our preference is for the role to be part-time initially (3 days per week), increasing to full-time in August 2026. However if this is not possible, we will be consider full-time from the beginning of the contract.
