Your Opportunity: Our Oakville office is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst, Business Restructuring & Turnaround Services to join our Corporate Restructuring team. This is a new role, and the successful candidate will own the following responsibilities: How do we define success for your role? - Analyzing financial data, reviewing financial models and accounting records; - Assessing companies’ current financial position, business plans and financial forecasts; - Preparing integrated cash flow models; - Assisting the team in advising corporations, lenders, creditors, shareholders, regulators or the Courts through financial reviews, business turnarounds, and financial restructurings (formal or informal); - Participating in practice development opportunities; and - Flexibility to meet stakeholders and w...
