Job description

Your role We are currently looking for a QA/QC Lead/Manager to strengthen our turnaround (TA) organization at our client. In this role, you will ensure that all turnaround activities, both in planning and execution, are delivered according to the agreed quality standards, routines, and regulatory requirements. You will play a key role in safeguarding compliance, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring that lessons learned are implemented across future projects. During the turnaround execution phase, you will also be present on-site to monitor, support, and verify the quality of ongoing work. Your main responsibilities include: Ensuring consistent and compliant execution of turnaround activities by updating, implementing, and monitoring work routines across the organization. Conducting internal audits of planning and preparation work to verify compliance and identify improvement opportunities.
