PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Quality Engineering Leader is responsible for defining, governing, and scaling quality engineering capabilities across Owens Corning’s digital product landscape. This role operates within an embedded quality assurance (QA) delivery model that is firmly supported by centralized standards and best practices, guaranteeing quality is integrated into every phase of product development. By championing a proactive approach to quality, this role ensures that issues are identified and addressed early, resulting in more robust and reliable digital solutions. Leading multi‑discipline quality teams, including manual QA, automation, and SDET/Test Engineering, the leader fosters a collaborative and high-performing environment. These teams work in close partnership with Engineering, Product, and DevOps leaders to deliver predictable, high‑confidence outcomes that meet both technical and business requirements.
