Overview Nelson Mullins is seeking a Litigation Associate to join its litigation group in its Tallahassee office. As an AmLaw100 firm, this will offer a unique opportunity to a lateral associate who wants to be part of a dynamic team in a growing location. A Day in the Life: Located steps away from the capitol building, the Supreme Court of Florida, and many state administrative departments and agencies, the Tallahassee office, which opened in 1987, offers our clients full-service legal counsel on a statewide basis. All applicants are asked to submit a cover letter, resume, and a copy of their law school transcript. We Know You: Drawing from your meaningful experience ( 3 to 4 years ) in commercial litigation, product liability, franchise, insurance coverage, or class action defense , you feel confident in your abilities to ensure a successful client experience. You have prior experience drafting dispositive, expert, and/or discovery motions and managing document reviews. You pride yourself on your written and oral advocacy skills and are admitted to the Florida Bar (preferred).
