FRONT END/LEAD CLERK

Job description

Provide day-to-day support of all Front End department operations, policies, processes and procedures. Demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety. - Explore and develop more effective and efficient processes, policies and procedures for Front End, Customer Service Center and Accounting. - Design a cleaner, more efficient working environment for Front End, Customer Service and Accounting. - Ensure safe, effective and efficient customer service is provided throughout department. - Improve Shopping Experience Progress Report, Customer Tracker, Associate Tracker, Cash Over/Short, CCG, ELMS utilization, Customer Comment Cards, FES Evaluations, Bob Audits, and Key Retailing Measurements. - Provide training, support and follow up on all aspects of Key Retailing. - Coach and train customer service manager and front end supervisors. - Demonstrate the ability and desire to promote, communicate and implement company initiatives and process improvements to direct reports in a positive and respectful manner. - Support store management and customer service manager in maintaining a well-organized, clean, pleasant shopping environment at...
