Job description

The Opportunity Reporting directly to the Facility Operations Coordinator, this role is responsible for maintaining and performing general caretaking duties for Corporate Facilities. You will assist with operational and maintenance tasks to ensure facilities are safe and efficient. You will be responsible for disinfecting high-touch surfaces, conducting facility upkeep, and supporting day-to-day operations. As the Facility Attendant, you will perform the following duties, including but not limited to: Perform a variety of maintenance and cleaning tasks, including: Assist with maintaining the facility, ensuring all areas are clean, safe, and well-presented. Disinfect high-touch points around the facilities regularly to maintain a hygienic environment. - Changing garbage and recycling bins - Sweeping and mopping floors and stairwells - Vacuuming carpets and rugs - Washing windows, doors, and other surfaces - Cleaning and sanitizing washrooms including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and replenishing supplies. - Report any damages, safety hazards, or maintenance needs to the supervisor. - Adhere to cleaning schedules and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
