Select Physical Therapy is seeking a PRN physical therapist for our In-Home Physical Therapy Program in Connecticut. This unique opportunity deals with patients needing In-Home physical therapy following total joint replacements. If you are looking for a healthy and active patient population to treat in the home setting, this caseload of patients is 100% s/p total joint replacement. Our organization is an outpatient center so documentation is much less cumbersome that traditional Home Health.
