Perform special duties as assigned. To provide professional support in areas of Talent Acquisition, Policy Interpretation, Classification and Compensation. How you will contribute: - Classification and Compensation: Review intake forms and job and position descriptions for appropriate classification. Assist supervisors in setting salaries during the hiring process and during agency transfers and promotions. - Perform duties as assigned.: - Perform duties as assigned.: Perform duties, tasks, activities and/or projects as assigned. - Performance Management: Assist employees and supervisor in navigating the performance management workflows in MyCareerConnect. - Policy and Procedure: Provide general information regarding policies and procedures to VDOT employees and managers, ensuring compliance is met in accordance with federal, state and agency laws and regulations. - Talent Acquisition: Develop job postings through the review of Position Descriptions in consultation with hiring managers.
