Job Details: Starting Pay: $16.75/hr plus a $2.00 shift premium Shift Sunday-Wednesday or Thursday-Sunday (every Sunday is required) 12 hour shift –8pm -8am The Rendering Operator Level 1 is an entry level role in supporting daily rendering operations by assisting with essential utility and material‑handling tasks that keep production moving efficiently. This position helps maintain consistent workflow across the department by supporting equipment operators, ensuring trailers and materials are moved and prepared as needed, and contributing to overall cleanliness and organization within work areas. The role is integral to keeping the rendering process safe, steady, and productive by providing reliable support wherever needed and helping maintain the conditions required for smooth plant operations.
