SUMMARY: The Senior Pricing Control Specialist is responsible for ensuring that corporate actions, security master files, and security pricing are reviewed and processed accurately for Ultimus Fund Solutions. This position is a member of the Pricing Control Team which serves as a specialized team within the Fund Accounting department. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: CORPORATE ACTIONS: - Reviews and processes corporate actions for the funds. - Maintains logs for corporate actions and corporate actions related tasks. - Updates benchmark, coupon, and factor rates for bonds. - Updates dividend rates for daily distribution and daily estimated mutual funds. SECURITY MASTER FILES: - Sets up security master files (SMFs) in accounting system, primarily equity and options. - Makes and reviews adjustments to SMFs, as needed. SECURITY PRICING: - Provides documented support daily for prices that change by thresholds determined in the fund accounting procedures. - Challenges prices with vendors, as needed, and maintains the price challenge log. - Communicates with FIS and Ultimus development team to fix issues with daily price files loading into the accounting system. - Prepares and logs communication of...
