Case Manager - ARCHES Navigation Center

GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The Sheltering Case Manager will work with moderate to high needs clients to support and guide them through an extended level of assistance in order to remove barriers and facilitate stable housing. The person in this position will perform eligibility screening, program enrollment, participant follow-ups, process required paperwork, data entry, and other general program supports. This position will directly align with the Housing First initiatives of the ARCHES Project. The position is renewable annually based on the continuation of project funding. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: - Two years of related social service experience, direct client care; or an acceptable equivalent combination of education and experience. - Ideal candidates will possess an advanced degree with two or more years of homeless service delivery experience and mental health certifications and/or licensing. - Bilingual capabilities preferred.
