WORK LOCATION: San Luis Obispo CA or Huntsville AL FLSA STATUS: Exempt: S ALARY RANGE: The anticipated salary range for this role is $102,000 to $12 6 ,000 annually in Huntsville and $114,000 to $141,000 annually in San Luis Obispo . This range reflects a good faith estimate based on the targeted level for the role and typical compensation benchmarks across U.S. locations. Actual compensation may vary depending on the selected candidate’s qualifications, experience, geographical location, and internal alignment. SUMMARY: The Configuration Analyst will drive the release, change control, and configuration management processes that ensure the integrity of engineering documentation across our uncrewed aircraft systems (UAS) programs. This role will act as a central hub between engineering, production, quality, and program management, overseeing the structure and discipline required to manage CAD models, drawings, bills of materials (BOMs), and associated configuration data from concept through sustainment.
