Position Purpose: Recovery Technicians play a vital role in supporting clients residing in a Rosecrance transitional living facility as they work toward maintaining a sober, healthy lifestyle. In this role, you will provide direct supervision, ensure a safe and structured environment, and build meaningful, supportive relationships with clients. As part of a multidisciplinary team, Recovery Technicians contribute to the delivery of addiction treatment services for clients and their families. You will help clients develop and apply recovery skills in their daily lives, reinforcing positive behaviors and promoting long-term success in recovery.
