Learning Manager Salary: £26,112.58 to £26,980.57: Hours : 37 hours per week, during term time plus five days. Start Date: This is a permanent role starting as soon as possible. Join us as a Learning Manager, where you will play a critical role in nurturing student potential by focusing on welfare, strategic intervention, and data-driven monitoring. This position is perfect for someone passionate about removing academic and behavioral barriers to learning, ensuring all students thrive in a supportive educational setting, and effectively managing complex student cases in collaboration with external agencies. This successful candidate will initially be responsible for our Year 12s and Year 13 students.
