Department: 01120 GCMG Community Care West Boulevard Family Medicine - Family Medicine Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 40 Schedule Details/Additional Information: Monday - Friday 0800-1700 Pay Range: $35.50 - $53.25 Where You Will Work: Atrium Health West Blvd Family Medicine . We are a community-based family medicine clinic in West Charlotte located in the same parking lot as the Stratford YMCA minutes from Charlotte Douglas International Airport. We see all age groups and pride ourselves on our embedded resources such as social work, pharmacy, and a community health worker to serve the entire patient. We see newborn and well child visits, sick visits and chronic comorbidity management. Our goal is to provide top comprehensive care to prevent hospitalization and further progression of disease.
