Role Responsibilities Program Leadership & Execution: - Drive end-to-end delivery of several complex compliance technology initiatives across the organization. - Manage multiple enterprise-level workstreams in parallel, aligning priorities, dependencies, and timelines. - Ensure program objectives are met within scope and schedule. - Translate regulatory and business objectives into program charters, operating models, and measurable outcomes. Cross-Functional Coordination: - Orchestrate execution across global engineering, product, compliance, and operations organizations, aligning on vision, technical decisions, and milestones. - Anticipate systemic risks across the portfolio and proactively realign resources, sequencing, and scope to keep strategic priorities on track. - Serve as the connective tissue between executive sponsors, regional leaders, and delivery teams to ensure enterprise-wide alignment and adoption. - Monitor and manage interdependencies across workstreams, teams, and sub-projects.
