Your Contribution: - Execute production activities in line with targets; compare outputs with targets to take precautions against deviations. - Conduct daily field tours to monitor processes, including newly commissioned products, raw materials, and colors. - Lead and participate in 5S, CPA, Kaizen, and Productivity studies; request and act on improvements from Maintenance-Development. - Manage a team of subordinates, determine weekly blue-collar schedules, plan annual leaves, and conduct Performance Interviews . - Prepare the daily, weekly and monthly production reports - Effective source management to sustain cost and scrap reduction - Lead and/or partic...
