Senior Business Program Manager, Third Party Risk Management About the role: In this role, you’ll lead complex, multi-year programs that help protect Vanguard’s clients and strengthen our long-term, risk-aware approach to investing. As part of the Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) function within Vanguard’s Enterprise Resilience Office (ERO), you’ll play a key role on the Third Party Assurance and Onboarding (TAO) Program team. Your work will have cross-divisional and enterprise-wide impact, supporting Vanguard’s mission to take a stand for all investors through thoughtful oversight, collaboration, and continuous improvement. This position is designed for an experienced program leader who brings strong technical and financial services expertise and enjoys working across teams to deliver meaningful, measurable outcomes. What you’ll do: Lead large programs or major workstreams within broader, multi-year initiatives that span multiple divisions. Ensure program scope aligns with business priorities and that value and outcomes are clearly defined and measured.
