0 Farm Maintenance: Pay & Hours: Starting wage of $17.72–$19.98 per hour, based on experience. This position is classified as Agricultural Exempt (Ag Exempt) and is not eligible for overtime pay . Farm Maintenance is responsible for priority repairs and maintenance in a timely and efficient manner in our facilities. This individual will utilize their experience with electrical, motor controls, mechanical, welding, and plumbing to assist the Farm Maintenance team with day to day operations of our farms and ensure up-keep on our equipment.
