Job Description: - You develop innovative power semiconductor components (Si Power MOSFETs) for future applications in automotive electronics. - You precisely characterize power semiconductor devices and verify compliance with specifications. - In doing so, you perform detailed analyses of manufacturing data and results from electrical production testing (including Electrical Wafer Sort). - You coordinate and carry out development tasks while working closely with customers, manufacturing, and quality assurance. - After series release, you take over development-side product support and ensure its ongoing success.
