In this role, you will be responsible for leading plant engineering projects. You will manage system improvement projects, direct capital planning, and lead continuous improvement initiatives for engineering projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production processes, serve as a member of the plant leadership team, and drive key improvement opportunities.
