Utz Quality Foods is looking to grow our loyal, career driven, and customer focused team, and are currently recruiting for a Processing Operator to join our team of manufacturing professionals in Hanover, PA on Weekend Night Shift. As a Processing Operator, this candidate will be responsible for preparing, operating, and monitoring extruder and related equipment for cheese curls and balls production lines. This position works Friday-Sunday 5:55PM-5:55AM. Key Responsibilities: - Operate and monitor a variety of processing equipment. - Conduct quality checks in coordination with QA team to ensure product meets standards. - Retrieve and stage raw materials for production. - Accurately maintain logs, records, and enter component usage into system at shift end. - Clean and sanitize processing equipment according to procedures and sanitation schedule. - Communicate with team members across processing and packaging to maintain workflow. - Train new or less experienced team members in processing operations. - Follow all safety protocols and report unsafe practices or equipment. - Perform daily housekeeping and participate in sanitation tasks using appropriate tools and cleaning agents. - O...
