Compensation: Full-time Hourly, Depending upon experience Location: Broken Sound Club - 2401 Willow Springs Dr, Boca Raton, Florida 33496 Position Summary: The Purchasing Assistant supports the purchasing and receiving items along with inventory and quality control Purchasing Assistant works closely with the Director of Purchasing and Purchasing Supervisor. Stock and rotate products and maintain cooler and freezer cleanliness. Maintaining a clean and safe environment in the stockrooms, loading dock area, coolers and Receiving hallway. Comparing invoices to amount ordered. Assist with monthly physical inventory. Date, label, and rotate all items according to company standards. Adhere to food safety and handling policies and procedures, such as First In-First Out (FIFO) and Cold Chain compliance, across all food-related departments or areas.
