Role Summary Reporting to the Head of Program Management – APAC Mobility, the Program Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of strategic programs, business initiatives and customer implementations across the APAC Mobility portfolio. This role combines strong program delivery discipline with strategic stakeholder leadership, ensuring initiatives are delivered efficiently, on time, and with a high-quality stakeholder experience that supports long-term growth and retention. You will operate cross-functionally across Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, Engineering, Operations, and Customer Service to translate business and customer requirements into executable delivery plans, manage risks and dependencies, and provide clear, confident communication to stakeholders at all levels. Key Responsibilities: Program & Project Delivery: Lead the delivery of multiple concurrent programs and projects, applying appropriate methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
